📍 Atlantis Roadworthy Station

Our team has been working on this project for the last 3 months and we are very excited to show you the progress!

Most of the chasing work has been completed. All electrical conduit has been installed and plastered. As this is the first test station we have undertaken, extra care was required during the installation. All conduit had to be installed with precision to ensure that the brake tester and suspension tester operate correctly.

Relocating House Main Supply ⚡️

Below JC is showing you a step-by-step of this process. He starts with sizing and stripping the cable before joining the cable with ferrules and heat shrink. This keeps the live and neutral from making contact and causing a short.
The next step is enclosing the joint using a resin joint, also commonly known in the industry as a “boat/booitjie”. He then tape both ends of the joint to insure the resin does not leak out, then mix up the resin and fill up the resin joint. Finally the joint gets taped up and left to settle before turning on the power.⚡️
