A letter we received from Yvonne Gartner
"Guy Newdigate and his team recently renovated my en-suite bathroom. It had been untouched for 30 years and was old fashioned, dark, cramped and ugly. Having known Guy for many years and having seen some of his creative and unique transformational work on other bathroom renovations and within his own private home, I asked him to perform the same miracle with my en-suite. Guy immediately had fantastic ideas on what changes needed to be made, how to create more space and light, and how to transform a vintage cloakroom into a modern bathroom. What I appreciated most was the personal touch. Guy accompanied me to the shops and helped me choose all sanitary equipment, advised me on which tiles to use, co-ordinated colour schemes and combined my ideas with his own creative style. It was a relief to know that I could leave everything in his capable hands, and not have to worry and check up that everything was going according to plan. His team was extremely friendly and had a great sense of humour, were always on time, cleaned up at the end of every day, and went the extra mile to respect our privacy and the fact that life needed to go on in our house while they worked. Any additional work that I asked to be done was welcomed and quickly completed without question. There were no hidden or extra costs, Guy’s initial quotation was exactly what needed to be paid at the end of the day. I handed the house key to the workers at the beginning of every day, knowing I could completely trust them. A very rare phenomenon these days!
All in all, I am very happy with the new en-suite bathroom, which has been transformed into a unique, modern, spacious, bright and warm bathroom. I would recommend Guy and his team anytime!"
