The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) has launched a new international award that highlights the best new buildings around the world. The institute has selected 30 buildings varying in size, cost, and style – each of which displays architectural innovation and excellence.

Pictures from a charming Constantia cottage renovated by Savvy Building. The bathrooms and kitchen downstairs lay-out were updated and restored to meet the owner's high standards of finish. Substantial work went into covering the thatch with ceiling board to create a lighter, more insulated space under the eaves. Enjoy!
