NO NEED FOR THE 🎪 TENT ROOFS.

Ridging repairs done to origanal specification and architectural desisgns on all coloured roofs in Pinehurst.
Your cement tile roof ridgings have lasted 10 years as per original installation. Ridgings are not porous but a crack or loose cement can cause water ingress.
Repair as per manufacturer's specification.

Another slate roof where we had to fix a builders mess and a magic coating applicator. The levels were all wrong from the beginning and plakking the valleys and slates closed with membrane lead to disasters inside.
We removed slates got the levels correct, relined valleys with torch on, repaired and waterproofed the junction, replaced slates, cleaned and painted ( not plakked) the slates with a rubber coating.

DON'T FALL FOR "YOU HAVE TO REROOF OR PLAK CLOSED" because they don't know.
This poor client were told he had to reroof for R300 000, another one said you have to put metal sheets over R 250 000, another one said we will torch everything closed for R 70 000.
WE SAID. FOR LESS THAN R10 000 WE WILL OPEN, RELINE AND CLOSE and solve your problem for good and leave your roof looking like it was never worked on and original state.

LAPPERS AND PLAKKERS IN FULL SWING AGAIN. BE WARNED!!

This poor client was hoodwinked by two different contractors. Both just came to plak closed, 1st with torch-on, 2nd with rubber because they are 1 trick ponies and don't have the knowledge, artisans or tools to carry out effective repairs never mind that it looks like a circus or helicopter landing pad.
If their only solution is to plak over everything chase them away.

Client needed a solution that didn't include the chopping up of the deck or retiling with a quick turnaround time.
