The position involves handling after-hours calls / operations for Schmidhauser Group.

REQUIREMENTS

* Previous call centre experience
* Good computer literacy
* Excellent telephone and communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Professional and customer-focused
* Reliable and responsible
* Own reliable transport
* Willing to work night shifts
* Available to work weekends & public holidays
