Dear valued clients, consultants and suppliers,
We would like to advise you that KMMA architects, directed by Ben Kotlowitz, Henk Marais and Riaan Marais, will be dissolving and that effective 1st of May, two new entities will be established. Each practice will aim to pursue their own respective visions and goals.
This change provides us with a great opportunity for growth and we are looking forward to designing our futures as separate entities.
The one practice will be led by Ben Kotlowitz and will trade as Kotlowitz and Associates Architects (KAA) and the other practice will be led by Henk and Riaan Marais and trade as Connect Architects.
What does this mean for our team?
Our entire team has been retained and has been divided between the two new practices with the aim to balance skills, experience and knowledge.
What does this change mean for you as our valued client, consultant or supplier?
On a day-to-day basis, it will be business as usual. If your project is currently managed by Ben, Henk or Riaan then this will continue as is. The practices have committed to co-operate going forward to ensure continuity to completion of all current projects.
