On our site in Parklands… built on an en-suite bathroom, tiled etc. Broke through the main bedroom wall, added a big aluminium sliding door. Boxed the Braai room in, to give it a more indoor “part of the house” feel to it. Ceiling going in next in the Braai room, with downlights. Big Aluminium Stacker door fitted to Braai room.. and smaller stackers down the side to totally seal the room in, if wanted, or to open them all up to give that “out doorsy” feel again. Big pavers to be laid in Braai room for the flooring. New cupboards to be built into bedroom soon.

Progress pics on our Parklands site… for our client Matt. Built on an en-suite bathroom… plumbing done, electrical done, Tiling of bathroom getting done. Braai room to get enclosed by means of aluminium stacker doors, aluminium getting installed today and to be plastered in! Also main bedroom we broke the wall out to also accommodate a big stacker door there too. Braai room flooring to be paved with big pavers, that to be done soon…. This Reno coming along nicely. On our new site in Surrey Estate for our client Adam…. Starting with Roof Mount geyser to be replaced with Bigger geyser. We also doing a new Duco Sprayed Cupboards in main bedroom, some ceiling work and a revamp of his homes Fireplace. Going to look awesome. Update pics to follow! BEFORE and AFTER!! Stunning! Super proud of this bathroom… starting on the gutting of the other bathroom today, the en-suite. Gutted this main bathroom, prepped walls for tiling, tiled floors and walls, created fall for walk in shower, fitted all new sanware, shower glass screen, plumbing done, electrical point done for LED Mirror, extractor fan fitted, new cornices fitted etc. Done for our clients Rael, Tracy and their daughter Leah who had a lot to do with the colour scheme and layout. On our site in Bothasig… bathroom fully gutted. Had to chop away some extra adhesive, it was quite thick from the previous build, so took a bit longer than expected but we got it done. Plastered up some imperfections for the prep for the new tiling. Got the plumbing done for new sanware, mixers and taps. Electrical done for the LED mirror the client has purchased. Plastered the electrical and plumbing in…and now starting with the “pretty” stuff. Tiling completed.. walls and floor, beautiful big tile… ceilings to be started with new cornices and once that is done.. then the figment of all the new Sanware, toilet, shower screen for walk in shower, vanity etc. going to look super aesthetic. Paving getting done on our Parklands site for our client Matt. This job coming along nicely. Ceilings to start on the Braai room area and then pavers and Aluminium to be fitted soon. Bathroom built on now tiled… Braai area prepped foundation for Aluminium Stacker doors, and main bedroom broken wall through for Stacker doors as well to be fitted. Progress pics to follow and update vids.

A new bathroom renovation underway in Bothasig for our Clients Rael and Tracy. Gutted the entire bathroom… bath out, toilet out, vanity out, tiles from floor and walls removed and dumped. Plumbing then done for new Shower mixer and Shower trap.. for toilet and basin etc. Plastering of walls done and prepped… today we water proofed shower enclosure and started with the tiling. The tiles are a beautiful 800 X 800, quite big… but looks great! Progress pics to follow soon and vid… and then we start on the en-suite! This Built In Braai we did for our client Christopher and Vernita in Durbanville.. this Braai was custom built.. really big, lots of storage, Fire Brick on the inside.. really smart!
