The garden takes on a new life after dark.

Now, with the new lighting in place, the space transforms after dark. The staircase leads down to the circular pond, and the wooden deck becomes a quiet resting spot surrounded by soft, glowing water.

The garden becomes a completely different space at different times of the day.

When we first shared this garden back in June, it was captured in daylight — before the lights were installed. A few months later, we returned to experience it under entirely different lighting: at sunset.

As the sun dips, the colours shift and the garden takes on a slower rhythm: calm, grounded and full of warmth. It’s a moment that captures the garden‘s quieter side, just before night settles in.

A simple shape, endless calm.

There's something timeless about a circular pond — soft lines, balanced form, and gentle movement. They feel deliberate yet natural; a focal point that changes character as the light shifts through the day.

At the lower edge of the garden, a stream that runs beneath the house reappears in a water feature designed for both play and beauty.

The stone-lined channels guide the flow, creating shallow pool where children can explore, while the sound of running water ties the space back to the wild landscape around it.

Stone was a central element in shaping this garden.

We worked with the same stone found naturally in the area, combining it with carefully placed rocks and hand-built features. It’s a blend of raw and refined — where the stone feels both deliberate and rooted in place, adding to the wild, natural feel of the garden.

We can finally share this garden featured in the latest issue of Conde nast House & Garden magazine!

The magazine spread is still to come — but thank you in advance for the upcoming beautiful photos and the writing.

Big thanks to the brilliant designer as always , the skilled stonework crew and the decking team for bringing it all together for this garden.

We’ll be sharing more over the next few posts — from the water feature that doubles as a playground, to the striking stone staircase that leads to the top of the garden.

We’re deep into the early stages of our urban farm project.

These before-and-after photos were taken just a month apart — the site has gone from dense, overgrown garden to a cleared, open site ready to build on.

It might look bare, but this is where the groundwork is laid. Before something great takes shape, the space needs to be reset. Full of potential.

Some stonework details from our recently completed site.

We aren’t able to share the full garden just yet — but here is a small glimpse of the stonework we carried out on site.

From hand-built walls to carefully set steps and a custom water feature, the stone details play a big role in shaping the structure and atmosphere of the space.

Can‘t wait to show you the full garden — the full story’s coming soon!

A new chapter begins.

We’ve just started to work on an exciting project — a transformation that will turn this large residential garden into a productive, urban farm setting.

A landscape alive with fruit trees, vegetables, cut flowers, chickens, even sheep... But as we move forward, we’re also looking back — taking care to retain the existing character of the space, especially the mature trees that anchor it.

There’s a lot of work ahead — but even more potential.
