I am always somewhat reluctant to post photos of projects which have not yet been furnished and photographed by a professional photographer, one sometimes feels an injustice could be done. But this one is special and I can’t wait 😝 , 801 Rapallo is a penthouse revamp of one of Seapoints most famous art deco apartment buildings. This was one to have some fun with - oak herringbone floors, white marbles, black and gold granite complete with brass inlaid American walnut and fluted high gloss finishes make this a very special project for myself and Morris & Van der Watt in our relationship which has spanned over a quarter of a century 😊
