We are proud to have supplied the roofing and cladding solution for this large-scale warehouse development completed for our client, Tate and Nicholson.

The project required approximately 16,500m² of steel roofing and cladding, manufactured and delivered to support the construction programme.

Roofing: Springlok 700 concealed-fix profile in 0.50mm Safal Steel Colorplus inThunderstorm. The concealed-fix design provides a clean finish while accommodating thermal movement and enhancing long-term weather-tightness.

Cladding: Widek profile in 0.47mm Safal Steel Colorplus also Thunderstorm, delivering a durable façade finish.

Manufactured from Safal Steel Colorplus, the building benefits from its corrosion resistance, UV performance, and long-term durability.
