So excited to see the positive impact we are having on the natural environment. This Rooivalk or Rock Kestral was one of many spotted at our rehabilitation project of a old landfill site. The third photo shows the blue dot where this magnificent creature was spotted. If you zoom in on our “man made” mountain you can see dashed lines almost perfectly wrapping around the mountain. These are planting pockets of various indigenous species. The rest of the mountain was hydroseeded with grass sepecies that are establishing well.
