PROJECT FEATURE: Oosterzee renovation

Project Overview:
Renovation - Fabrication & Installation of Aluminium Windows and Doors.

Backstory:
Client was referred to us from another, where we had executed a similar renovation project. Client relocated some years back and holds an investment property in Oosterzee. We were contracted to enhance the investment with our renovation.

Details:
On this project we breakout and discarded weathered wooden frames, windows and doors and prepared home for new aluminium products. We fabricated and installed our aluminium windows and doors and project management as per scope of work. We were responsible for the overall program of work which included the site management, construction and waterproofing. ’s installation of all aluminium products with operational management and quality control.

PROJECT FEATURE: Nieuw Rheezicht Flats

Project Overview:
Renovation of First Phase of 30 Units with New Bronze Aluminium Windows and Doors.

Details:
The Nieuw Rheezicht project was part of a larger program to renovate an aging apartment property investment. We were sub-contracted to fabricate and install aluminium and glass facades, windows and doors, and facilitate other service providers and project management as per scope of work. The principal contractor was responsible for the overall work program which included the removal of building debris, site management, formwork, buildwork, construction, wetwork and waterproofing in preparation for new aluminium products. installed all its aluminium products with effective operational management and quality control.

PROJECT FEATURE: 19 Buitengracht Concrete Deck

Project overview: Cast 130cm2 Concrete Deck

Details: Remove topsoil and all obstructions. Prepared area with necessary form works, cast sand, level out area, appropriately wet sand and compact area throughly with Wacker and Plate compactor. Layout surface area with DPC and Structural steel. Cast foundational concrete flooring with appropriate mpa strength and level out with slope for water management. When partially set powerfloat area until appropriately casted. Finish off with cutting of spaced control joints.

Timeline: 8 working days

PROJECT FEATURE | Fairview Farm – Roofed Patio & Timber Deck Extension

Quality outdoor spaces don't happen by accident. They are planned properly, built correctly, and finished to last.

As part of the Fairview Farm programme in Citrusdal, our brief was straightforward: extend an existing timber landing into a 35m² covered entertainment area complete with balustrades and access steps.

Scope included:

✔ Machining, sanding and treatment of all structural and support timber ✔ Installation of quality timber decking throughout ✔ Weatherproof stainless steel ironmongery specified throughout the structure ✔ Installation of a 0.53mm Thunderstorm AZ150 IBR roof and flashing system ✔ PVC rainwater management system to complete the installation.

The project was delivered in 12 working days.
