This morning, at approximately 10:20, a warrant officer from Kirstenhof Detectives requested assistance from Mike 1 in locating a suspect who had an active warrant of arrest.

Our armed response teams were immediately notified, and a search operation was initiated. Approximately an hour later, Par 5 received information that the suspect had been spotted in the Retreat area. Mike 2 joined the search to assist in checking the surrounding areas, while Mike 1 and Par 5 remained in the area continuing the search.

Mike 1 later spotted the suspect on the corner of 11th Avenue and immediately informed Par 5 via radio that he had visual confirmation. Par 5 arrived a minute later and proceeded to stop the suspect.

The suspect was informed that he was being arrested on behalf of SAPS in connection with the active warrant of arrest. At the request of the detective, the suspect was transported to Kirstenhof SAPS and handed over for further processing.

Over the course of the operation, Premier Security worked alongside SAPS, KCW, CIVIC, and several other security partners in a coordinated effort to combat criminal activity in the area.

Through proactive patrols, visibility operations, camera monitoring, and rapid response coordination, multiple suspects were apprehended for offences including:

✅ Possession of narcotics
✅ Possession of dangerous weapons
✅ DUI-related offences

Several dangerous items and narcotics were confiscated during the operation, with suspects handed over to SAPS for further investigation and processing.

Gate remotes give criminals direct access to your property or complex afterwards.

Keep remotes out of sight whenever your vehicle is parked, even inside your property. Or better yet, take them with you when leaving the vehicle.

A swift response by our armed response teams led to the successful apprehension of a suspect linked to theft and trespassing at a residential property in Tokai.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧:

Yesterday morning, at approximately 10:30, our control room received a call from a client reporting a suspicious person on their premises. Par 3, Par 5, and Par 8 responded immediately.

Upon arrival, officers noticed signs of suspicious activity, including a chair stacked on a table, which led the team towards a neighbouring property. With permission from the resident, Par 8 gained access and conducted a search of the property, including the domestic and gardener quarters.

During the search, a well-known suspect was located hiding under a blanket. With the suspect’s consent, her bag was searched, revealing multiple items suspected to be stolen. Residents later positively identified several of the recovered items as their property, and the suspect admitted to taking them.

Additional support units, including Par 4 and Mike 1, responded to the scene while Par 6 remained available for operational coverage. CIVIC was informed, and Kirstenhof SAPS attended the scene to search the suspect and take her into custody.

Our armed response teams acted swiftly during an early morning visibility patrol, leading to the successful apprehension of a suspect linked to a theft the previous day.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧:

At approximately 06:26, while conducting a visibility patrol in the area due to bin day, Par 4 identified an individual matching the description of a person of interest involved in the theft of a weedeater the previous day. The suspect was captured on camera wearing the same clothing and riding the same bicycle as during the weedeater theft the previous day.

Par 4 requested assistance, and Par 3, Par 5, Par 6, and Par 8 responded promptly. The suspect was approached and questioned about the incident, during which he admitted to taking the weedeater and dismantling it for scrap metal.

The suspect was detained on scene, and Kirstenhof SAPS was contacted.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧:

✅ Suspect apprehended
✅ Admission obtained
✅ Suspect handed over to SAPS
✅ Case opened
✅ No injuries reported

The suspect was handed over to SAPS in good health, with all belongings in his possession.

Our armed response teams acted swiftly in the early hours of the morning, leading to the arrest of a suspect found in possession of narcotics and various implements.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧:

At approximately 00:36, Par 4 observed three individuals exiting Vans Road and called for backup. Par 3, Par 5 (8), and Par 6 responded and arrived on scene to assist.

The individuals were approached and asked to declare any weapons or items in their possession before being thoroughly searched. During the search, officers discovered three homemade drug pipes, half a pair of kitchen scissors, a knife, a spanner, a solar panel, an outside light, and a Mandrax tablet.

CIVIC was notified, and Kirstenhof SAPS was contacted. One individual was taken into custody and the remaining two individuals were sent on their way.

In the early hours of 18.04.2026, our armed response teams successfully apprehended a suspect found in possession of illegal narcotics following a consensual search prompted by suspicious behaviour.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧:

At approximately 00:53, Par 4 received a ROSE camera activation of an individual on a skateboard moving from Rose towards Tokai. A second activation at 01:01 showed the same individual returning towards Rose.

Multiple response units - Par 3, Par 4, Par 5 (8), and Par 6 - conducted an extensive search of the area but were unable to locate the individual. A known individual in the vicinity of BP Tokai provided misinformation, which led the team to re-engage with him at 01:32. Par 5 (8), noting suspicious behaviour, conducted a consensual search.

During the search, the suspect was found in possession of a Mandrax tablet, a screwdriver, and a homemade drug pipe.

On the afternoon of 01.04.2026, our armed response team acted quickly following a panic alert at Tokai Village, resulting in the successful apprehension of two suspects involved in a theft.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧:

At approximately 16:05, Par 3 responded to a panic alert at Tokai Village after two suspects entered the premises, stole an Apple iPhone, and fled towards the Blue Route. Thanks to rapid coordination and vigilance on site, the suspects were quickly located and returned to the complex.

Par 4 provided backup and, working alongside Kirstenhof SAPS, the suspects were searched and found in possession of a gate/car jammer, a stack of cash, and a pair of scissors.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧:

✅ 2 suspects apprehended
✅ Stolen cellphone recovered
✅ Gate/car jammer confiscated
✅ Suspects handed over to SAPS
✅ No injuries reported
