I sandblasted some parts of this incredible vintage cream separator recently. Vintage machines were built to last for sure. Check out the extremely fine pink garnet I use for stripping tougher areas before polishing it up with fine glass beads.

This antique Belgian waffle pan definitely worked hard over the past 30 + years. The before and after pics really shows off what the 220 grit glass beads can do at only 70 psi (5 bar) of pressure. I’ll be finishing this on a fine Scotch Brite wheel to remove some of the casting lines. PS. don’t blast the inside; you’ll ruin the non-stick seasoning.

Recently zinc plated these oil pipe connectors from a 1950’s Harley Panhead. What an honour to be part of this project. I also started beadblasting this Keihin FCR39MX carb. It came out sparkling. Imagine this shine on your MX bike frame and engine. I have some more pics of MX bike axles and bolts coming soon.
