A little bit nerve wracking to say the least but also thrilling to see it all come together so quickly. Many meticulous hours of Revit modelling by .waters and technical coordination with , with seriously tricky steel connections by . Thank You all for the dedication. 🙏 🙌. ONLY THREE WORKSTATIONS LEFT!

is a calm and inviting co-working office in the hub of the Mothercity. Our office is tailor-made for architects and designers and together we form a creative collaborative. Historically our building holds great value, and according to the 1833 Cape Almanac, the residents of Bree Street included builders, coppersmiths, and shoemakers – a long legacy of craftsmanship.

Today, Open Co-Workspace, with its beautiful plaster adornments, sits proudly at its street corner, now part of a revitalised Cape Town.

Open Co-Workspace has 23 available workstations, and each desk is accompanied by an ergonomic chair, shelving, and lockable storage. Our ten-seater boardroom is available to everyone in the office, free of charge. Included is also a shared kitchen with tea and coffee, high-speed fiber internet, small and large format printing facilities, sample library, reception, security, cleaning, water, and electricity. Extra parking bays and phone lines are available upon request. As of 2020, Open Co-Work Space is also COVID-19 compliant.
