The Cape Town Cycle Tour Turns 48! 🚴‍♀️

Today, 8 March 2026, marks the 48th edition of the Cape Town Cycle Tour — one of the world’s most iconic cycling events and the largest timed cycle race on the planet, featuring the breathtaking 109 km route around the Cape Peninsula.


More than just a race, the Cape Town Cycle Tour brings together athletes, supporters, volunteers, and charities in a shared moment that showcases the beauty, energy, and resilience of Cape Town.

It has been and continues to be our honour to provide the complete power solution from Start Line, and Route Stations to the Finish Line precinct .... keeping this celebration of cycling plugged in and powered up!

It was nothing short of a dramatic power build, but what an immense priviledge to provide the power to the Speed Classic Cape Town motorsport festival as nearly 150 classic and supercars lined up for one of the most scenic routes in the world!

The action, the sound, the speed, and the spectacle ... we had it all!  Our team, led by Felix Luseni was on site to keep it plugged in and powered up!
