e roofs and new roofs. Most of the waterproofing giants use this system. Membraine systems – these systems are used for counter flashing parapet walls, cappings, roof screws and overlaps. They are applied with a four coat waterproofing system using either ABE super lacryl or ABE super laykold. Negative tanking – this system is used to waterproof basements and closed sectional areas. This is commonly used in areas where buildings are built up against mountains or hill sides and prevents rising and penetrating damp. ROOFING
