From Cart to Checkout: Why Seamless Payment Integration is Your Competitive Edge

In the fast-moving worlds of travel, hospitality, tourism and e-commerce, every click at the checkout matters. Yet, many B2B businesses overlook one of the most critical steps in the digital customer journey: The payment process which is critical for sales and cash flow.

According to a recent PayGenius blog article, checkout abandonment in South Africa sits between 68-75%, with mobile shoppers contributing a large portion of these losses.

Here are three strategic take-aways you can implement today:

1. Prioritise checkout as part of your sales funnel
