Good day everyone

We will only make one post on the current situation so as not to interfere with the ongoing and active criminal investigation.

An electrician which we employed for a short period of time has gone on to borrow money, steal from our company and also scam and steal from others.

This man is no longer employed by us and a criminal case has been opened which remains active and ongoing.

All clients who had any form of contact with him have already been contacted today by the admins to ensure they are aware of the situation. There is currently no active risk to any of our clients.

PLEASE NOTE:

The correct channels must be followed when wanting work to be done by our company. The admins (Megan & Tiffany) or directors (Carel & Daniel) must be contacted when looking for work to be done. Please also confirm the banking details with one of these people when making any payments.

We cannot take responsibility for work arranged with other employees or payments made to other bank accounts. We only have ONE bank account and we will always notify clients if those details change.

You will ALWAYS receive a formal quotation and invoice from us, please do not entertain offers if they are not sent out by the admins or directors.

Should any of our clients feel worried and want further details, you are welcome to reach out to us and we can share the details which are safe to share at this stage of the investigation.

Please bear with us as we navigate this totally unforeseeable issue. We appreciate your patience and support as we do all we can to reach a resolution.

There are claims being made against us, but please rest assured that we would never put our clients in harms way intentionally.
These claims are unsubstantiated and hold no basis in truth.

With your support, we have experienced so much growth and we are looking forward to the new opportunities that lie ahead in 2026.

Just a note:
We are CLOSED for the festive season and will open again on 5 January 2026! Our teams are looking forward to a well-deserved break after a busy and fulfilling year.

We do have standby teams available over the festive season for breakdowns and call-outs, but please be patient with us as we are not at full capacity!
