Our website is currently down — not because of a dramatic relaunch or a secret “big announcement,” but simply because we’re doing a small rebrand.
A cleaner layout. Clearer messaging. A fresh coat of paint.
But while the team adjusts colours and code, we’ve been asking ourselves a deeper question:
Why do we exist in the first place?
The truth is… building a company for the long term isn’t glamorous.
It’s slow. It’s uncomfortable. It’s filled with uncertainty.
Most days, progress moves in millimetres, not miles.
That’s exactly why we’ve been shaping what we call our Declaration of Independence — the principles that must stay steady even when everything else changes.
For context:
The American Declaration of Independence was written in 1776, and despite centuries of political, technological and social evolution, the document itself has remained fundamentally unchanged for more than 100 years — with only small additions over time to reflect progress.
Its strength was never in trends, but in clarity of purpose.
We’re aiming for the same spirit.
Not perfection.
Not bold predictions.
Just principles we can be held to — especially on the difficult days:

🔎 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all SHEQ functions in line with company policy
• Develop Site & Project Specific SHEQ Plans (onshore/offshore)
• Conduct SHEQ Audits & Inspections across operational sites
• Coordinate and manage ISO accreditation external audits
• Develop and participate in HIRA’s, HAZID’s & Risk Assessments
• Lead accident/incident investigations & root cause analysis
• Manage safety training systems and awareness programs
• Submit monthly SHEQ performance reporting
• Ensure legislative compliance & continuous improvement

📋 Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Oil & Gas (similar role)
• NEBOSH HSE Qualification (mandatory)
• Auditor qualification with systems auditing experience
• Trained in Risk Assessment & Incident Investigation
• Valid Offshore Medical Certificate
• Valid OPITO Offshore Survival (Offshore Operations)
• Willing to travel offshore & to various sites
• Strong reporting, communication & organizational skills
