We're officially halfway there! The JOSHCO 360 Housing Development at Riverside View Extensions 33 and 35 has reached the 50% completion milestone, marking another significant step towards delivering quality housing for the Gauteng community.

This development comprises 360 residential units and represents an investment of over R95 million. Every phase of construction reflects the dedication, precision, and teamwork of everyone on site, ensuring the project continues to progress safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
