Lightning season has started once again, are you prepared?

4 things you need to know about thunderstorms:
- NO PLACE outside is safe when thunderstorms are in the area!!
- If you hear thunder, lightning is close enough to strike you.
- When you hear thunder, immediately move to safe shelter: a substantial building with electricity or plumbing or an enclosed, metal-topped vehicle with windows up.
- Stay in safe shelter at least 30 minutes after you hear the last sound of thunder.

Equipotential Bonding is used to reduce the risk of equipment damage and to prevent flash overs from occurring. When there is a flash over it can result in injury's and /or fire hazards.
Any metal or conductive materials should be bonded to the earthing system aswel as the electrical protective earth.
