Position: Pest Control Technician
Location: Based in East London
Job Description:
Our Port Elizabeth branch is growing, and we are looking for Pest Control Technicians to service the East London zone. You will assist with daily service operations, maintain equipment and vehicles, and ensure all work is carried out safely, professionally, in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Job Duties:
• Apply treatments safely and according to company and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with route planning and time management to maximize efficiency with your supervisor.
• Other tasks in line with job role.
• Educate customers on prevention/maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Identify pest problems and determine appropriate treatment plans.
Skills, Expertise, and Knowledge:
• Must be detailed oriented and be able to follow instructions to conduct treatments.
• Must possess good customer service skills.
• Strong ability to keep good records of hours worked, chemicals used and payment collected.
• Excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
Matric.
Valid driver’s license - Code 8 required.
