Some people have asked the question: "What can we do to prevent a plumbing catastrophe while we're away on holiday?" Well, here are some simple questions to ask before you leave the house:
1) Are my taps all closed? Do a sweep around the house and make sure there are no open and dripping taps. This can be a nightmare to come back to after a relaxing holiday-not to mention an expensive water bill cramping your "chill".
2) Is the washing machine leaking? Check this appliance regularly, but make sure you take an extra close look before you leave the house-all connections must be secured. This way you wont have a surprise indoor pool when you get back (not as awesome as it sounds).
3) Is my toilet dripping? Make sure your toilet doesnt have any leaks or drips.

These are just some of the basic questions to ask yourself before you get your holiday vibes on. And remember-The Plumb Doc is a call away!
