The spaces are really starting to come together, and we’re looking forward to seeing the new tenants move in and make each of the offices their own!

Phase two of our project at The Verve, Simbithi is well underway, and it’s a great reminder of how important teamwork is.

Teamwork is something we’re really proud of at 365Solar. Our in-house installers are trained, certified, and properly in sync. The kind of team that communicates without ego, solves problems on the fly, and still manages a laugh on site while getting the job done right.

This hybrid Sigenergy solution consists of a 300kW Sigen Energy Gateway, 9 x SigenStor energy controller/battery stacks with generator integration, is no small task. It requires coordination, precision, and serious teamwork from delivery to commissioning.

Every piece of equipment is handled with care.
Every connection double-checked.
Every step completed as a unit.

At the end of the day, great equipment is only half the story.

📹 Before & After Factory Roof Transformation! 🏭

In just 10 days, we successfully removed and replaced 3,000 sqm of asbestos roof with Zincalume sheeting at a factory in Westmead... no small feat under such a tight deadline! 💪

Huge thanks to our incredible client and outstanding subcontractors for making this high-pressure project a success. A truly monumental achievement by everyone involved!

We’re excited to be underway on another new residential build in the prestigious Simbithi Eco Estate on the KZN North Coast.
With earthworks complete, the project has moved into CFA piling and the construction of Loffelstein retaining walls. It’s been a coordinated effort between earthworks, piling, and retaining wall teams to keep good momentum on site. 💪🏿

Final touches underway! Our painting teams are wrapping up two major projects at the new Club Med: the Exclusive Villas and Exclusive Club House. This brings to an end one of the most exciting and challenging projects we’ve taken on to date.
