I’ve been in the waterproofing industry for 27 years and the building teams I use have over 27 + years professional experience.

1. Apply waterproofing heat fusion products to flat concrete roof slabs and for wooden (malthoid used first for wooden roofs) then torch-on over the mathoid to waterproof a wooden roof correctly, done to correct falls to drains/outlets.

2. Apply waterproofing heat fusion membrane to dry retaining walls of buildings.

3. Apply waterproofing membrane (200mm or 250mm wide) to roof tiles and parapet walls with black Super Laykold paint and if owner wants paint colour to match existing too afterwards – (additional cost) Gaps between roof tiles and walls must be closed first, either by using a roof batten or daga, when dry, apply the roof flashing .

4. Waterproofing to screeded of showers and balconies with a fall/slope to drains/outlets using a waterproofing cementitious liquid and membrane application.

5. Basic Renovations and Alterations/Conversions

6. Manufacturer and Supplier of “Wallsealer” for the D.I.Y. market.

7. All products used are SABS approved.

8. Install new roofs and roof repairs and ceiling repairs.

9. Painting.

Small roof repair this month in Zimbali. Stoped leak, another happy customer

Repair leaking shower and new tiles, replace new pipes for new toilet. Stop off section of wall plaster and dry. Re-plaster and paint with clients choice of colour on wall. Client very happy with our work. Done last year 2024.
