Unfortunately due to the recent hikes in fuel prices we at Craig's Refrigeration and Airconditioning have decided moving forward, and we hope all will understand, that we will be introducing a small call out fee. Please understand that as a small business we are feeling the pinch of Covid as well as the economy. We can no longer drive out for assessments, do quotes and then find out our quotes are utilised against other quotes and the whole may the best/cheapest man win attitude comes into play And also the back and forth agenda of outstanding monies owed is just another topic on it's own, and with saying that we have invested in our own Yoco card machine, with the hope that moving forward we can make the entire process of payments as smooth and effortless as possible 💯 we hope all understand and we cannot thank you enough for the continued support recieved. We are extremely grateful for it and always will be 💯

It's all about progress, commitment, hard, honest work and baby steps. Going from installing aircons in the dark using cellphones flashlights as a source of light during loadshedding to purchasing our first little 2.5kva generator today. With loadshedding here to stay for what seems like a couple of years still, we made the small, but proud investment to not only assist us during the "dark" times but to also add value to our services offered. Small steps mean we are going somewhere and we are proud of that 💪💯
