This position is primarily for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and overseeing financial aspects of civil construction projects from inception to completion.

𝙍𝙀𝙌𝙐𝙄𝙍𝙀𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎:
• Must have a relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in civil construction projects
• Strong knowledge of civil works (earthworks, roads, infrastructure, etc.)
• Proficient in relevant QS and estimating software
• Must be reliable and able to work independently without waiting on instruction
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport to and from work
• Computer literate
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Presentable and professional
• Must be of sober habits

• Must be able to operate & maintain CNC laser machine
