Easter is a time for gathering, sharing and creating memories at home 🤍
And the kitchen is where it all begins.
From our Kitchen Hyper family to yours, wishing you a beautiful Easter filled with love, laughter and something sweet in the oven.

Try this simple hot cross bun recipe at home!

Ingredients:
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 sachet instant yeast
• ¾ cup warm milk
• 2 tbsp butter (melted)
• ½ cup raisins
• Pinch of salt

Method:
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add warm milk and melted butter, mix into a soft dough.Knead for 8–10 minutes, then let it rise for 1 hour.Shape into buns and place on a tray.
Let rise again for 20–30 minutes.
Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until golden.
Optional: Pipe crosses with a simple flour-and-water paste before baking.
