This setup was for a pre-primary school🎒.

When living in a complex or in a unit estate, make sure your water meter is running accurately and well, otherwise you might be getting the wrong bill to pay.

this installation was made to be easy to read and easy to access with an isolation and non return valve to make sure your water doesn't run back into the municipal supply when water is cut.

Replaced a broken 100L low pressure solar geyser with a new 150L solar geyser.

Low pressure solar geysers are great because of two things, they're basically full proof and there is little to no maintenance needed on them. The water also gets heated up directly into the tank.

This past weekend the Plumbing Plug team had the privilege of working on a farm in the Drakensberg mountains⛰️.

We had installed a low pressure solar geyser and supplied one of the homesteads with running water. We had to pull water from a natural spring into a reserve tank and then boost the pressure from there. It was the first time they had running water in their property. What an experience for us.

Solar has become very popular in the last few years, as it is a quality alternative to use when our friends Eskom decide to turn the power off.

You can now have hot water everyday of the week and won't have to worry about high electrical costs or whether or not we even have electricity.

This specific system is a manifold type that works with high pressure, we converted a traditional 150L Kwikot geyser into a solar setup.
