Every week on this page, I will be sharing some advice on the most important things anyone wanting to buy a new home, land or stand, must check out or get informed on before making a decision of buying that property, based on my experience.
I will also provide any infomation for anyone who has an interest in buying a property and wants to do something specific and wants to know if its possible to do it!
For now, what i can say is this :- There is a thin line. or , fine print that people never read when they buy property! Is it because it doesn't show up nowhere on the documents you sign when you buy that property? If you didn't know that fine print, let me tell it to you...Just because the land you own, paid for, you can do whatever you want, you can't, you don't own all of it! if you don't believe me, then go look for your Tittle Deed or (for the new property owners) Deed of Transfer...
I will be braking it down in the coming weeks. It really was upseting to me when I had to tell a client that I can not design what they wanted due to the requlations of their land.
So... keep a look out if you want to buy property in future...
