Effective demolition is defined by how a structure is deconstructed before it is brought down.

At Park Vista, Draco Group executed a comprehensive interior strip-out, including over 580 m² of glass windows, 249 m² of timber doors, and 3,400 m² of carpet tiles, alongside the removal of stone counters, built-in joinery, air-conditioning units, roller shutters, and associated fixtures.

All salvageable materials were systematically recovered and segregated in line with responsible resource management practices, maximising value retention while minimising waste.
