🚨 Proud Moment for Mach1 🚨

Today we received this heartfelt feedback from a member of the public after a medical emergency, praising our officers Jonathan and Athi for their swift and compassionate response.

They not only ensured he got to hospital safely, but also secured his vehicle and informed his next of kin, going above and beyond when it mattered most.

Standing together

The Fish Hoek Police arranged an anti-crime walk in Fish Hoek on Friday 30 May in honour of Mach 1's founder, Manu Choudree

Captain Binza from the Fish Hoek Police Station convened the walk and it involved the police, security companies, neighbourhood watch members, and local councillors Simon Liell-Cock and Patricia Francke

Suspicious people were stopped and searched and vagrants moved on

In the last photo, Captain Binza is seen talking to a motorist about fraud and being safe in the online world of theft and fraud

The councillors and SAPS members were able to assess vulnerable points, and commitments have been made for further targeted action

It is with sadness that Mach 1 Security confirms that Jan Scholtz, technician with the company since 2023, passed away on Friday 23 May at his home in Fish Hoek.

Jan had been ill for a short period.

Jan was an expert technician in alarm and access control systems, with 30 years’ experience in the security industry.

He was creative and able to innovate solutions across different electronic platforms.

He joined Mach 1 Security in April 2023.

Jan had a strong work ethic and would tackle his work with enthusiasm and determination.

He enjoyed the challenge of a good electronics puzzle and was always very proud when he solved it.

All at Mach 1 will sorely miss his presence and contribution to our team.

We extend our condolences to Heidi, his wife, and all his family.

Rest in peace, Jan; rest in peace.

Keep your systems running during loadshedding with dependable, resilient lithium batteries
