Below is a project which he's just finished involving the replacement of the timber front door with Aluminium with Low E Glass.
All frames are epoxy powder coated for lasting durability and low maintenance. Preferred cleaning method is to use a non-abrasive microfiber cloth to prevent scratching.

Roof cleaning and painting is one of the many services we offer at Hard Hat Enterprises
Our product of choice is Fired Earth which can be used on both cement and clay tiles. Below are the recommendations Fired Earth supply with their roof products being used on tiled roofs and galvanised steel roof sheets. Surface preparation is the most critical part of any painting project.

Roof Tile Surface Preparation:
1. Wash the surface thoroughly using water and a strong brush. This should remove all loosely bound sand particles and any poorly adhering paint particles.
2. Rinse the roof with clean water and then leave it to dry out. The moisture content should be below 15%.
3. Check the adhesion of any existing paint coatings by pressing adhesive tape onto the dry surface. Pull the tape off the surface and inspect the underside of the tape.
No coatings removed, no dirt or chalky material on the tape.....
Surface is suitable for painting*.
Powdery layer removed - Surface is chalky.....
Apply Fired Earth Bonding Liquid to the tile surfaces
Sandy particles removed - Surface is friable.....
Rewash the surface**
Paint coating removed - Surface under the coating is weak.....
Strip off the paint film and repeat the cleaning process.
* Check the porosity of the surface before painting by applying a droplet of water. If it is readily absorbed into the tile then it is recommended that Fired Earth Bonding Liquid be applied to seal any residual particles.
** It may not be possible to remove all sand particles. It is recommended that Fired Earth Bonding Liquid be applied to seal any residual particles.
4. If Bonding Liquid has been applied to the surface, leave it to harden for at least 2-4 hours before continuing.

Paint Application:
Apply Fired Earth Extreme Roof to the prepared surface using a roller brush (wool or synthetic) or by airless spraying. Two coats are recommended for optimum durability and quality of finish. Allow the first coat to cure for at least 2-4 hours before applying the final coat.

Galvanized Iron Roofing Surface Preparation:
1. Clean down thoroughly using water and wire brush. Sand down red-rusted areas to bare metal and dust off. Then apply
Grannozinc cleaner to remove surface contaminants (oils etc). Rinse thoroughly.
2. Spot-prime all nail & screw heads with metal primer.
3. Seal any holes and open joints by applying your waterproofing product undiluted followed by embedding reinforcing fabric into the wet sealer (open joints and holes greater than 2mm diameter). Allow sealer to dry.
4. Carry out Standard Application Procedure to the patched areas.
5. Apply Roof paint over the roof area to provide a uniform appearance.

NEVER APPLY PAINT IF RAIN IS FORECAST OR EXPECTED DURING THE DAY OF APPLICATION.
