FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Cape Winelands Plumbers is a company operating mostly in Franschhoek but not limited to surrounding areas as we do adhoc callouts and scheduled maintenance and installations wherever our services and expertise is needed.
Our services includes plumbing and general building maintenance, installations, inspections and servicing of residencial and commercial properties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Management/ Team leadership:
● Coordinating, inspecting, hands-on leading and managing teams at various sites.
●Ensuring that workmanship and services we provide are carried out promptly, efficiently, accurately and to SABS standards.
●Liasing with our valued customers and prospective customers to arrange dates/ times to conduct visits, maintenance and providing services.
Technical:
●Must have a valid South African driver's license.
●Knowledge and high experience in general maintenance and construction plumbing.
●Basic electrical knowledge, geysers and pumps electrical connections and fault diagnosis.
●Basic knowledge of use of 'Hydrogen gas leak detection equipment', will be an added advantage.
●Techinally vested in troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing and basic building maintenance/ faults on site.
●Willing to go an extra mile, over and beyond in giving excellent service whenever needed.
●Must have great communication skills.
●Ready and willing to work overtime when needed for emergencies, Which will be paid accordingly.
●Willing and available for transportation of goods (stock feed), and other projects when needed.
PLEASE NOTE: first preference goes out to local residents of Franschhoek.
In return the company offers a vehicle for use during working hours, A good market-related remuneration based on experience and willingness to be available on-call when needed.
