Part 1 - Brush Clearing - This is an essential step on Erf's that have dense/semi dense vegetation. We arranged for a team to remove the vegetation on the surface and they completed in a day. We managed to fill 5 mini skips (2m³) with vegetation which was surprising. Our next step was to grade a layer of surface sand as the top layer is not usable at the coast
Tip #1: Make sure your boundary pegs are securely anchored into the ground!
Sometimes 20mm conduit is placed as pegs, which can be knocked over, moved etc. You may be charged again to confirm peg positions!
