Some projects just get you more emotionally involved than others. And this was absolutely one of those. 😎
This old and small flat has been turned from dull and dreary into a comfortable and stylish sanctuary. (See earlier posts for before & after pics)
The potential was always there but the flat just needed the right team to bring it to light!

Before and After of an old indoor fireplace that was causing lots of water damage. Since the fireplace was not used anymore and the room was now a lounge, it was decided to convert it into a built in wall-unit for the tv.
Fireplace was closed off, cleaned, sealed and tiled.
We absolutely love the outcome! 😎✨

Another Before and After 😎
Previous homeowner used pebbles here but the installation was done without any drainage. Water would just soak through the pebbles leaving the ground constantly wet and inevitably it caused damage to the walls.
It was decided to remove the rocks, compact the ground properly and then a concrete slab was poured.

Some Before and After pics of our latest project
Due to water damage the wooden doors and window were almost beyond repair. Options were discussed with the client and it was decided to change over to aluminium.

• Electrical socket fitted for wall mount tv
• Cupboard stripped repaired and refitted
• Old wooden door removed and aluminium sliding door with sidelight installed

Work done:
•Broken Slate tiles replaced and resealed
•Shower door replaced and shower resealed
•Water damage on walls repaired
•Walls repainted
•Ceiling repainted
•New mirror fitted
•New bathroom cupboard fitted
•New Basin and tap fitted
•Original wooden towel rails removed, repaired and refitted
•Bathtub resealed
