Excited to show you guys that we’ve just completed our concrete work for a house in Breakwater Bay in the beautiful Garden Route! This stunning coastal development is known for its amazing ocean views and peaceful surroundings.

We’re incredibly proud to share that 5 massive concrete slabs have been delivered to Oudtshoorn, each weighing nearly 3 tons! These giant slabs, measuring 4.5 meters long, 1.1 meters wide, and 250mm thick, will be used as cover slabs for a water hole near the new mall.

This is one of the biggest projects we’ve ever cast, and it’s a true testament to the strength and precision of our work. They’re not just big – they’re extremely heavy! 💪🏼

Excited to see these massive slabs in place, contributing to the development of the area!

Restoring Pacaltsdorp’s Historic Stone Church – We Need Your Help!

We recently had the opportunity to visit the beautiful stone church in Pacaltsdorp for a structural inspection, and what we saw inside was truly heartbreaking. Many of us don’t realize the condition this historical church is in, and it simply cannot continue to be neglected.

We’ve decided to take action and restore this sacred place to its former glory! Today, we started removing moisture from the walls, and we aim to begin the full restoration next week.

However, we need YOUR help! While we already have plaster, sand, and cement, we still need additional materials, financial donations, and community support to make this project a success. Any contribution—big or small—will go a long way in preserving this important piece of our heritage.

Check out our awesome project at Precast Product Panels!

Casting: We began by creating a custom mold for our concrete slab.

Pouring: Next, we poured the concrete into the mold and let it set.

Polishing: After it dried, we polished it to a super smooth and shiny finish.

Installing: Finally, we carefully installed the 600kg slab in its spot where the fireplace will go!

We’re incredibly proud of this job well done. It looks amazing and is all set to be the perfect base for a great fireplace!
