New Building and Renovation Inspection Report

Thorough inspection is done at each of the 4 critical stages of new buildings ensuring construction adhere to the National Building Regulations and SANS 10400 where applicable.

The comprehensive report evaluates the 4 stages of construction:
Stage 1: Groundwork, Foundations, Substructure, Floor Slabs.
Stage 2: Superstructure, up to wall plate height.
Stage 3: Roof structure, windows, and border walls.
Stage 4: Final Inspection after practical completion.

One of our services includes EXISTING RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS, where we identify hidden defects and future maintenance items.
