Senior Project Lead – Refrigeration Technicians
📍 George, Western Cape

We’re seeking a highly skilled, trade-tested Senior Project Lead to manage large-scale commercial and supermarket refrigeration projects across the Garden Route.

🔧 Requirements
Red Seal Refrigeration Technician + valid Gas Card
15–20 years’ HVAC/Refrigeration experience
Strong leadership and technical skills
Expert in Freon Multiplex & CO₂ systems
Proven experience in supermarket LT & MT rack systems

🧰 Responsibilities
Lead full supermarket refrigeration installations
Manage 4–6 technicians per project

Oversee pipework, plant room, and electrical work
Handle commissioning, snag lists, and Gas COC certification
Program alarms and remote monitoring systems
Perform maintenance, repairs, and cold room installations

🏡 Details
Must relocate to George (Garden Route)
Package: Negotiable based on experience
