Damp does not always start where you can see it.

At this luxury property in Pinnacle Point, moisture has been rising from the ground into the walls for years. The DAFCO team is tackling the source of the problem through a process called *tanking*.

Tanking creates a waterproof barrier that helps stop moisture from penetrating through the structure, protecting the walls before the final finishes go back on.

Because covering damp is temporary. Fixing the source is the real solution.
