We are based in George, Garden Route, Western Cape, South Africa and specialize in the building and installing of timber decks, plastic decks, solid wooden flooring, boardwalks and interiors. You can make a garden into a outdoor living area linked with the interior and makes outdoor activities more pleasant and

comfortable. Wood or timber "decking" can be used in a number of ways - as part of garden landscaping, to extend living areas of houses, and as an alternative to stone based features such as patios. Decks are made from treated lumber, composite material, teak, mahogany and other hardwoods. Artificial decking products are often called "wood-plastic composites" A deck is also the surface used to construct a boardwalk over sand on barrier islands and dunes. A boardwalk, in the conventional sense, is a wooden walkway for pedestrians and sometimes vehicles, often found along beaches, but they are also common as paths through wetlands, coastal dunes, and other sensitive environments. A boardwalk along a river is often known as a riverwalk and a boardwalk along an oceanfront is often known as an ocean-way. Aside from their obvious pedestrian usage, boardwalks have been used to create commercial districts and enable commerce along waterfronts where conventional streets would have been more expensive because of a beach or other waterfront feature. Although boardwalks can be found around the world, they are especially common along the coast of South Africa and the forest areas.
