This geyser isolator has been mounted making use of a wall spacer. The wall spacer has an opening at the back of it and therefore fails the standard test finger test. The isolator has also not been secured to the wall spacer. The geyser white cable is also too close to the hot water pipe.

This 230V downlight has been covered with insulation that has been installed in the roof. The insulation does not allow the heat generated by the LED or halogen globe to escape. This causes the wires to overheat and in some cases melt.
