Another house refurbished.
-Roof washed using hard bristle brooms and anti fungal solution.
-Roof primed using a bonding primer.
-Two coats of Plascon Nuroof applied.

-Walls high pressure hosed to remove all loose flaking paint.
-Cracks opened and filled.
-Flaking substrates sealed with bonding slurry.
-Two coats of Midas high acrylic paint applied to all walls.

-Rotten fascia boards replaced.
-Waterproofing done to multiple areas of Roof.

Happy new year!

We are of to a strong start and ready for the projects to come.

This was our last big project for 2025 and by far our most challenging one to date. This home is over +70 years old and it shows. From extreme damp issues to crumbling walls, before any prepperation work could commend, we had to remove all loose plaster and reinforce casted walls with a masonry binder.

We then proceeded with a multi system damp proof coating and replastering. From there it was a full revamp.
