Smart Solution Architecture & Architectural Consultants Smart Solution Architecture is a dynamic & professional architectural practice based in Hermanus. We would gladly review any opportunity that may arise.

We mainly concentrated on work in the Western Cape and Overberg area, but are not limited to these areas and are more than willing to take on any challenges in South Africa as well as abroad. We do not only focus on new projects or works in the residential, commercial and industrial industry, but we also take on small and large scale alterations and additions to existing buildings and properties

in these fields, including maintenance and upgrading. With our experience and knowledge in the Architectural and
Construction Industry, we know that we would be of asset to any current or future opportunities available.

At Smart Solution Architecture (SSARC), we're passionate about creating innovative and sustainable architectural solutions. Based in the beautiful town of Hermanus, we work on exciting projects across the Western Cape.

Start Date
As soon as possible / Beginning of August 2026.

Requirements:
- Preference will be given to applicants currently based in the Western Cape
- Relevant qualification in Architecture or Architectural Draughting
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD (essential)
- Experience with Lumion or Twinmotion would be advantageous
- SACAP Candidate registration (preferred for Candidate Technologists)
- 1–2 years of practical experience in an architectural practice (preferred)
- Ability to prepare municipal submission and detailed construction drawings
- Good understanding of the National Building Regulations (SANS 10400)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent technical drawing skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be willing to work from our Hermanus office
- Own transport and a valid driver's licence
