WHY IS THIS SERVICE A GOOD IDEA?
- By investing in preventative maintenance, you will avoid unexpected problems, excessive costs and inconvenience.
- Conserve water by repairing (and preventing!) leaks and burst pipes. Small particles can block up your sieves and undercounter flexi-pipes which will prevent proper water flow.
- Ensuring laundry and scullery equipment perform efficiently with well-maintained water inlets and outlets.
- Prevent kalk built-up with cleaning and flushing of geyser, which could potentially lead to the destruction of your geyser, its valves and vacuum breakers.

- cleaning out all faucet spouts and all relevant tap sieves
- check stop c***s and flexi pipes are in good working condition
- checking for general leaks
- flushing and cleaning of geyser (includes checking quality and status of element and checking vacuum breakers, safety valve, latco valve for kalk build-up)
- inspecting your sewerage system and provide advice on best standard operation
- inspection of all 110mm/50mm PVC junction pipes, on the outside of the building
Bathrooms & Toilets
- servicing of toilet cisterns and shower traps
- cleaning out of under-counter p-traps and s-bends
- checking all stop c***s and flexi-pipes are well maintained
Laundry
- checking and servicing laundry appliances sieves and outlets
