When it comes to high humid and moisture areas in your home, you need to ensure that the walls and ceilings are properly prepared to withstand moisture. This will prevent mildew and mold growing in these areas.
A good example below from a client's bathroom ceiling where mold grew due to another contractor's lack of knowledge in not applying the correct primer and paint.
The Ceiling was complete redone by chipping off all paint, applying 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of paint.
