HLP Developments HLP Construction (Pty) Ltd is a residential construction company which has been in operation since 2009. Our company is about quality, care, and excellence.

We provide individual attention to our customers and are committed to provide homes of superior quality. We place great value on the human aspect of construction: The individual is our point of focus. Our Vision:

HLP Construction has always strived to handle projects with honesty, integrity and a constructive attitude. Our aim as a company is to make a positive difference not only in the industry, but also in people’s lives. We value our clients and never see their business as just a once off contract, but rather a relationship building experience. Our Goal:

At HLP Construction, we encourage the involvement of every client from the formative stages of a project, right through until the end of the home building process. This collaboration between owner, architects and project managers is fundamental in the maximising of value and satisfaction for all our clients. Throughout the home building process HLP Construction maintains the highest standard of finish and attention to detail. Homes are turned over to owners complete, immaculate, and ready to be lived in and enjoyed. We are passionate about what we do and we continually improve our skills to keep up with the latest innovations in construction. Our goal has never been to try to be the biggest, but rather the greatest at our level.

Some homes stay with you long after you’ve walked through them.✨

Here, light moves across exposed concrete, timber softens every edge, and the staircase appears to float above the garden. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the junctions and shadow lines to the choice of finishes, with each element resolved long before construction began and carried through with precision.

If you’ve been imagining a home like this, we’d love to hear about it.

We are proud to share that HLP Construction is now HLP Developments, a new name that celebrates how our work has grown since 2009 into full residential developments alongside the private homes we have always loved to build.

The team, the site standards and the people you have come to know and trust remain exactly the same, and the reputation, respect and results that have guided every project from the very beginning continue to stand behind every build we deliver.

The whole house faces toward the incredible view🏔️

A full-width timber deck, a pool set level with the boards, a covered dining terrace under the pergola, and a boma out on the lawn for the evenings. Every one of them built to take weather and years, and to be used every single day.

Not every project is a home. This commercial and warehouse development carries the same standards as our residential work, from structural integrity to the brickwork going up on site right now.

A generous interior shaped by light, proportion, and quiet detail.

Expansive glazing draws the landscape into the living spaces, while the open-plan layout allows each area to feel connected without losing its individual purpose. The result is a home that feels refined, highly functional, and beautifully considered, with scale, flow, and natural light working together at every turn.💫
