Neill Powell Neill Architects Pty Ltd. - NPN Architects Founded in 1964, NPN Architects strives to provide creative building solutions, driven by a passion for architecture and design.

We are a team of highly skilled professionals, with substantial experience in all aspects of the built environment. NPN Architects is managed by two directors: Sue Zenha and Brett Savvides who have each been an integral part of the practice for over 20 years. We are based in Johannesburg but have a clientele from all around the country. The practice is a level 4 BBBEE service provider. NPN’s philo

sophy is to efficiently satisfy our client’s needs in terms of time, cost and quality control while fostering creative design solutions driven by a passion for architecture and the built environment. We strive to train young aspiring architects and successfully integrate them into the practice or equip them sufficiently well for their chosen place in the building industry. We have an extensive and loyal client base as is evident by the longevity of the practice and numerous repeat commissions. In the past 53 years NPN has been commissioned for some 3 000 projects (total building costs exceeding several billion Rand) in a wide variety of building types. A broad spectrum of these projects include the following: Corporate Head Offices; Office Parks; Hospitals and clinics; Pharmaceutical laboratories and production facilities; Legislative and judicial buildings; Schools; Hotels; Shopping centres; Industrial complexes; Retirement villages; Townhouses and private residences; Banks and bank service centres; Computer centres and the refurbishment and recycling of existing buildings.
