📢 VACANCY 📢 DEMOLITION SITE MANAGER

This role is suited for a diligent, hands-on individual adept at handling technical challenges, possessing basic administrative and computer skills, and proficient in English communication (speaking, reading, and writing).

The successful candidate will:
1. Engaging in physically demanding, hands-on tasks within site work environments, managing crews preparing structures for demolition.
2. Collaborate with engineers and demolition specialists to develop and execute comprehensive demolition plans, including design preparation, planning, and implementation.
3. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, analyzing material and resource quantities, conducting inspections, and documenting findings.
4. Apply local and/or international Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality legislation and standards effectively.
5. Engage in physical tasks and manage technical challenges with diligence and precision.
6. Experience in explosive charging, interpretation of building blueprints and implementing drilling and breaking patterns and familiarity with Quality Control practices are advantageous.

Applicants must:
• Ideally hold a National Diploma in an Engineering discipline.
• Have 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Petrochemical, Industrial, Construction, or Demolition projects.
• Possess a valid South African ID, passport, and driver’s license.
• Have no criminal record.
